By engaging Potionnn (“we,” “our,” or “us”) for services, you (“client,” “you”) agree to the terms below. If you don’t agree, please don’t proceed with a project.
We provide website design and development, eCommerce development, branding, and website maintenance services, as agreed in a project proposal, invoice, or written agreement specific to your project.
Before any work begins, we agree on project scope, deliverables, and price in writing. Work outside this agreed scope (additional pages, features, or major revisions to approved work) may require an additional quote and timeline adjustment.
Each project includes 2 of revisions during the design phase, as outlined in your project proposal. Additional revision rounds beyond this may be billed separately.
Estimated timelines are provided at the start of a project and depend on the client providing requested content, feedback, and approvals promptly. Delays on the client’s side may extend the project timeline accordingly.
You agree to provide necessary content (text, images, branding assets) and timely feedback needed to complete the project. Delays in providing these may affect the agreed timeline.
Upon full payment, you own the final website design and custom content created specifically for your project. Third-party themes, plugins, and tools (such as Elementor Pro or WooCommerce extensions) remain subject to their own licenses, which may require separate renewal by you after launch. Until full payment is received, all work remains the property of Potionnn.
If a project is cancelled after work has begun, payment is due for work completed up to that point. Deposits are non-refundable once work has started, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Ongoing care plans are billed separately on a recurring basis and cover the scope outlined at the time of purchase (security monitoring, updates, backups, minor edits). Cancelling a care plan does not affect ownership of the site itself.
Potionnn is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of a website we’ve built, including third-party service outages, hosting issues outside our control, or client-side content errors.
We treat project details, business information, and content shared with us as confidential, and won’t share them with third parties without your consent, except as needed to complete the project.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
